Police investigating a report of an arson incident at a property in the Gortgonis Terrace area of Coalisland in the early hours of yesterday morning, Monday, August 3, have charged two men to court.
A 31-year-old man has been charged with disorderly behaviour and arson endangering life with intent.
A second man, also aged 31, has been charged with disorderly behaviour, arson endangering life with intent, and assault on police.
Both men are expected to appear before Omagh Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, August 4.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
