Police have confirmed that a 66-year-old male car driver died following the three vehicle road traffic accident on the Madden Road in Tandragee tonight (Wednesday).
Madden Road will remain closed overnight to facilitate the removal of a lorry which was involved in the collision. Local diversions are in place. Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
Emergency services were at the scene from around tea-time. It was reported just before 6pm.
Three vehicles, one of them a lorry, were involved.
At least two others were injured.
A PSNI helicopter was tasked to the scene to transfer the injured to hospital.
The road was closed with traffic being diverted along Cargans Road.
