A young woman was taken to hospital following a serious collision in Loughgall in the early hours of this morning (Sunday).
The two-vehicle RTC occurred on the Ballygasey Road, close to Loughgall FC’s Lakeview Ground, shortly after midnight.
It is understood there were two people injured with one female rushed to hospital with serious arm and leg fractures. The other person was treated by medics at the scene.
The injured woman was trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Firefighters from Dungannon and Armagh used specialist cutting equipment to free the woman.
Fire, police and ambulance crews all attended the incident this morning with the operation taking more than two hours to deal with.
The road was closed for a period of time.
There are no further details at this stage.
