It’s time to get going and get glowing with a fantastic new charity effort about to hit County Armagh.
Brighten up a dull, dark Friday evening and register for the fabulous ‘Glow in the Park’ 5K walk in Lurgan Park on October 28.
Leaving from the fountain at 6.30pm the group will follow walk leaders around the paths in the park.
Come to dressed in as many neon clothes as possible and light yourself up with all kinds of stuff, glow sticks, neon paint and flashing necklaces even wear a head torch – anything you can think of to help you stand out in the crowd!
You must register for this event. Everyone who signs up will receive a glow stick and there will be glow in the dark face painting available before the walk starts.
Entry is £6 per person or £20 for a family of four with proceeds going to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
So register now, come along, have fun with your family and friends – it’s not about keeping fit – it’s all about the GLOW!
