The former Ulster Bank building in Lurgan has been listed for sale at £240,000.
The Grade B listed building hosted a branch of the bank on Market Street for many years, before it closed in March of this year.
The 6,615 sq ft premises, which occupies a site area of approximately 0.21 acres, was listed online this week, and is marketed by Cushman & Wakefield.
The former bank premises is arranged over ground, lower ground, first and second floors with a large enclosed car park to the rear.
It is a three storey building to the front, with a modern, two storey extension to the rear.
There is also a large tarmac car park to the rear, with vehicle access from Market Street.
The ground floor contains a banking hall along with open-plan office accommodation, private offices and stores.
At the rear there is a vault with a staircase and a 508kg goods lift which services the lower ground floor.
The lower ground floor offers storage accommodation, kitchen and WC facilities, along with a boiler room.
The first and second floors are accessed by a staircase at the front of the property. These areas comprise offices, stores, kitchen and WC facilities and are in need of refurbishment.
At the time of the closure of the branch, Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart described the departure as “another blow” to Lurgan that leaves a “further gap in banking provision”.
She added: “Whilst banking has changed for many it has not for everyone and it is time for big banks to recommit to our town centres and support their customers who are vulnerable and not able to access alternative banking services easily.”
