Lifeboats responded to reports of a jetskier in difficulties at Kienno Bay earlier today (Saturday).
As crew prepared for launch, the casualty – assisted by two paddle boarders – had made his own way back the 100 metres to shore.
A spokesperson for Lough Neagh Rescue said: “Our crews recovered the ski and loaded it onto its trailer
“The casualty, an experienced jetskier, was checked over by our crew at the station.
“Lough Neagh Rescue and HM Coast Guard would like to thank the paddle boarders who raised the alarm and provided immediate assistance.”
