A Lithuanian man will be xtradited to Northern to face charges which include rape.
The 29-year-old Lithuanian man was taken back to Northern Ireland last night and will appear in court in Craigavon this morning.
The charges relate to alleged incidents in the Lurgan area in July 2011.
He has been charged with rape, grievous bodily harm with intent, sexual assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and associated offences.
