A life sentence prisoner recalled to jail is accused of domestic abuse.
Adrian Wilson (48),of Gilford Road, Lurgan, is charged with domestic abuse ‘from 2021 to November 18 last year’.
He is also charged with assaulting two people on November 18 last year.
The defendant is also accused of taking a vehicle without authority and insurance and driving licence offences on October 25 last year.
All the charges are being contested.
A defence barrister said the defendant is a “recalled life sentence prisoner”.
The defendant appeared at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court via video link from prison on Friday.
He was further remanded in custody and the case was adjourned to October 24 to fix a date for a contest.
