A Lurgan man is to face Crown Court proceedings later this year for allegations of offering to supply cannabis.
Court heard the 28-year-old stood accused of offering to supply the drugs on three dates within a one week period.
Gary Davidson, of Union Street, appeared charged with three counts of offering to supply a Class B drug – namely cannabis – at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The offences were alleged to have happened on August 31, September 1 and September 5 last year.
Standing in the dock, Davidson consented to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.
Prosecution submitted that based on the papers before the court they felt that there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence solicitor Pat Vernon made no contrary submissions.
Due to the defendant being a serving prisoner, he was remanded in custody to appear before Craigavon Crown Court on October 15.
