A new coffee shop and deli could be opening in Lurgan town centre.
And the earmarked location is the former Ditronics electrical store at 1 Market Street in the town.
An application has been submitted to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council for consideration for a change of use.
It has been lodged by the Polish NI Community Network.
The cafe and deli would open at ground floor level.
But it is hoped to create a community and learning centre – with meeting room – at first floor level.
The application is due to be publicly advertised next week with a decision due in the coming months.
