Police have said they do not believe the death of a man found in Lurgan Park was suspicious.
The man’s body was discovered by council staff yesterday (Friday) morning.
This afternoon, a PSNI spokesperson said: “Police can confirm that a post mortem examination has now been completed on a man whose body was found in Lurgan Park yesterday morning.
“While his death is not believed to be suspicious, police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding it and the events leading up to his body being discovered.”
The man, who was in his 20s, had been named locally as Stewart Agnew, a father-of-one.
Following the discovery of Mr Agnew’s body yesterday, Chief Inspector Davy Beck appealed for help from the public.
He said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has information which may assist our investigation. We can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 226 080116.”
