“This particular trip was for a man we were called about in Lurgan threatening people with a knife and smashing bottles in a bar on Lake Street. He was arrested for several offences including for ‘possession of a blade or point’
“Knife crime is NEVER ok. It will also get a very direct response from ourselves. We’re not trained knife fighters, and we don’t just bring batons to a knife fight.
“Arming yourself with a knife has been proven statistically to increase your chances of becoming a victim of crime, including having the knife used against you!
“Don’t even think about taking weapons out in public. It will only end badly for you.”
