There has been a serious incident close to a graveyard in Lurgan this afternoon (Monday).
Police and ambulance crews are currently at the scene on the North Circular Road area of the town.
It is understood the Air Ambulance has also landed close to St Colman’s Graveyard.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area due to what is being described as an “ongoing incident”.
A police spokesperson said: “Police are attending a disturbance in the North Circular Road area of Lurgan involving a large number of people.
“The NIAS are also at the scene. The incident is ongoing. Enquiries are at a very early stage.”
The ambulance service confirmed they have taken three injured people to Craigavon Area Hospital following lacerations to various parts of their bodies.
