He is the second man charged today – the third in total.
Earlier, a 28-year-old man was charged with murder and possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
He too is to appear before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
Earlier today, 25-year-old Kevin Conway appeared in Craigavon Magistrates’ Court charged with a single count of murder.
