A main street in Lurgan town centre has been closed off due to an unstable building.
William Street has closed in both directions as a result of the structural uncertainty.
Local diversions are being put in place but delays can be expected in the area.
Police are advising pedestrians and motorists to avoid the area if possible.
In 2023, just around the corner, on North Street, a wall belonging to the Irish National Foresters Club collapsed.
The building was undergoing extensive renovation works at the time.
