A woman was assaulted and subjected to racial abuse in front of her children at a Co Armagh fast food outlet.
And police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, which happened at premises on Edward Street in Lurgan on Saturday.
It was reported that at around 4.30pm, a woman who was in the restaurant with her two children, was targeted by a male who racially insulted her.
He also pushed her and stood on her foot.
The woman was not physically injured as a result of the incident but was left badly shaken.
Constable Dunlop is the investigating officer and has appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact officers in Lurgan on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 1088 18/06/16.
