The Mall shopping centre in Armagh has been sold to a London-based property firm for £7.4m.
The centre, which was owned by local firm Drumragh Property Investments, has been bought by Development Securities.
Development Securities is a major development and investment firm that has most of its portfolio in London and the south east of England.
Executive Director Matthew Weiner said the Mall was “an established and popular shopping centre”.
He said it offered “good asset management and enhancement options, and some scope for further development on site”.
The deal is part of a continuing trend in Northern Ireland that has seen local developers selling to major UK investors.
