A MAN was arrested in Tandragee following the seizure of counterfeit currency, the PSNI confirmed today (Tuesday).
Rural East Neighbourhood Policing Team Officers conducted a search of premises on the Old Scarva Road under the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act last Friday afternoon.
Around £1000 in counterfeit £20 Ulster Bank notes were seized.
A 48-year-old man was arrested during the early hours of Saturday, October 5, and released on bail pending further enquiries.
