Police investigating a serious sexual assault on a woman at Peatlands Park have made an arrest.
Detective Inspector Lynne Knox confirmed this morning (Friday) that a 23-year-old has been arrested.
He is currently in custody.
The woman was attacked at Peatlands Park, on the border of Counties Armagh and Tyrone, shortly before 3pm on Wednesday.
She had been walking her dog at the time.
The culprit had been riding a bicycle and a description was issued yesterday (Thursday).
An arrest has now been confirmed and he remains in police custody.
