A Crossmaglen man accused of exposing himself in a Co. Armagh store has appeared in court.
Peter Loye, 65, of Newry Road, stood charged of exposure at Armagh Magistrates’ on Tuesday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place in the Boot’s store in Markethill.
A PSNI constable said he believed he could connect Loye to the charges.
Loye will return on December 18, when it is hoped a full decision will be taken with regards to progressing the case.
During the interim period, the defendant was released on his own bail of £500 with one condition, which is that he is banned from entering the Markethill store.
