The mother of a young boy who lost months of savings on Friday has appealed to the public for help in finding his missing wallet.
The 11-year-old boy lost his brown wallet on the street somewhere in Markethill on Friday morning.
Martha Toal, speaking to Armagh I, said her son Miceal had been doing little jobs around the house, while putting away the pocket money he received for months.
She says he had saved around £140.
“He’s in absolute bits at the minute; we are so desperate for someone to hand it in if they have come across it,” she said.
“He has enough going on in his little life at the minute without this.”
If you have come across the wallet, please hand it into Adopt A Child or the Boots store on the Market Square.
