A Crossmaglen man accused of exposing himself in a Co Armagh store has entered not guilty pleas on the charges against him.
Court previously heard that one of the alleged offences involved the 65-year-old exposing himself at the Boots store in Markethill.
Peter Loye, of Newry Road, appeared accused of two counts of exposure and indecent behaviour at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
Defence barrister Stephen Campbell stated: “There had been concerns regarding Mr Loye’s capacity but he is now fit to provide instructions and wishes to contest the matters.”
The case was adjourned until April 30 for a date to be fixed for contest.
