THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of fraud after buying fuel with a woman’s credit card in Armagh.
The men, two aged 38 and another aged 36, were arrested in suspicion of fraud after patrol police observed the men acting suspiciously at a filling station on Newry Road.
Officers stopped a white Ford Transit van at 2.15am on Monday and found they had purchased a considerable amount of fuel with a credit card in a woman’s name.
Over 500 litres of fuel were found in the van.
The men are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
