Detectives from Serious Crime Branch have arrested a 36-year-old man as part of an ongoing investigation into dissident republican terrorist activity.
The suspect was arrested in the Newry area this morning, Sunday, October 18.
He has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station for questioning.
A property was also searched as part of the investigation.
A 35-year-old man arrested in west Belfast yesterday has been released unconditionally.
Three other men, aged 39, 40 and 47, remain in custody.
