A lorry on fire is currently blocking the A1 between Newry and Dundalk this morning (Wednesday).
Motorists are asked to avoid the area altogether as emergency services deal with the situation.
The fire has resulted in heavy smoke throughout the area.
There are no reports of any serious injuries.
