Police in Newry are investigating a theft from a vehicle this morning (Tuesday).
The incident occurred on the Dublin Road at an unspecified time between 8pm on Monday June 19 and 7:30am on Tuesday June 20.
A PSNI spokesperson commented: “Did you see a person or persons acting suspiciously between these hours? This person or persons may have been trying cars, and have made off with a number of items in a black rucksack type bag.
“If you have seen anyone and have a description, or have dash cam footage can you call police on 101 quoting reference 409 of 20th June 2023.”
