There has been a serious road traffic collision on the A1 near Newry this morning (Friday)
Motorists are advised that the A1 dual carriageway is closed in both directions between the Camlough and Bernish Road junctions.
Emergency services – including the Air Ambulance – has been tasked to the scene.
Please seek an alternative route for your journey.
There are no further details at this stage but the road is expected to remain closed for a lengthy period this morning.
