Police investigating the theft of an ATM from a Bessbrook filling station arrested three more men.
The three were arrested in the Crossmaglen and Newry areas on Saturday.Searches of a number of properties were also carried out.
The men – aged 24, 27 and 40 – have been released today (Sunday) pending further enquiries.
Yesterday, a 24-year-old Silverbridge man was refused bail after appearing in court in relation to the theft of the ATM from Gregory’s filling station on the Camlough Road.
It was taken using a digger at around 3.30am on Friday.
Adam Grant, of St Brigid’s Terrace, is due to return before Monaghan District Court on Tuesday, charged with allegedly causing £12,000 of worth of criminal damage and possession of stolen property.
