There have another four Covid-related deaths reported in Northern Ireland in the past 24 hours.
The total number of deaths now stands at 2,851. There have been 33 in the last seven days.
The ABC Borough accounts for 388 fatalities. There have been 212 in the NMD district, while Mid Ulster accounts for 268.
There have been a further 1,931 positive cases recorded in the last 24 hours, according to the Department of Health’s latest daily dashboard update. There have been 11,704 in the last seven days.
There were 206 positive cases in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon – the second highest in NI. There were 134 cases in Newry, Mourne and Down while Mid-Ulster recorded 184. Belfast – the highest in NI – recorded 336 positive cases.
There are 386 – down four – patients in hospitals across Northern Ireland as a result of the virus, 36 – up three – of whom are in intensive care units.
Currently, there are 125 – down 10 – Covid patients in the Southern Trust area, 86 – down ten – of whom are in Craigavon Area Hospital.
There are 11 ICU beds available across Northern Ireland.
Hospital occupancy in Northern Ireland currently stands at 105% – up 2%.
