There has been one further Covid-related death reported by the Department of Health in Northern Ireland today (Sunday).
The person died within the last 24 hours according to the official dashboard.
The ABC Borough accounts for 284 deaths overall. Newry, Mourne and Down District has a total of 165 deaths and Mid-Ulster currently has 199.
The overall total number of deaths recorded by the Department still stands at 2,104.
There were a further 125 positive cases reported in the last 24 hours, with 11 in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon – half of what it was yesterday – which means it now sits in fifth place of the 11 councils in terms of the number of new cases.
There were a further nine in Newry, Mourne and Down and 15 in Mid-Ulster.
A total of 1,331 individuals were tested.
There are 158 – two more than Saturday – people now in hospital across Northern Ireland as a result of the virus, 14 of whom are in intensive care units, down four from yesterday.
There are currently 26 people in hospitals in the Southern Trust area – 13 in Craigavon and 13 in Lurgan – being treated for Covid-19. This is up one on Saturday’s figures.
There are currently 21 ICU beds available in Northern Ireland.
