There have been three further Covid-related deaths reported by the Department of Health in Northern Ireland today (Sunday).
According to the official dashboard, all three occurred in the past 24 hours.
The overall total number of deaths recorded by the Department now stands at 2,075.
Of those overall deaths, the ABC Borough accounts for 279; Newry, Mourne and Down District at 163; and Mid-Ulster with 195.
There were a further 138 positive cases reported in the last 24 hours, with 17 in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon. There was a further eight in Newry, Mourne and Down and 16 in Mid-Ulster.
A total of 1,143 individuals were tested.
There are 227 – one more than yesterday – people now in hospital as a result of the virus, 33 of whom are in intensive care units.
There are currently 25 people in Craigavon Area Hospital and 26 in Lurgan Hospital being treated for Covid-19.
And over 1,500 patients – 1,531 to be precise – have now been treated and discharged from Craigavon Area Hospital since the health crisis began.
There are currently 18 ICU beds available in Northern Ireland.
