The police helicopter was used to help in the search after the PSNI received a report of a man going missing from the Keady Road area of Armagh last night (Sunday).
Armagh I received several reports from local people of a heavy police activity in the area.
The PSNI has now confirmed it related to the reports of a missing person who was located earlier today (Monday).
A spokesperson told Armagh I: “Police attended and the man was found safe and well in the early hours of Monday 13 April.”
