Police are staging a series of meetings in the Armagh area to listen to the views of the people.
Armagh, Banbrisge and Craigavon Policing and Community Safety Partnership is organising two ‘engagement’ events in the coming weeks.
A spokesperson said: “These meetings are very important as they give the community an opportunity to meet with the local inspector to get updates and let local police know if they can do more to help you and your community.
“Inspector Kieran Quinn will be at both of these meetings and will give a police update of the area you live in.”
One of the meetings will cover the Armagh District Electoral Area – which covers Armagh City, Keady, Middletown and Milford, among others.
It will be held on Tuesday, January 31, at Ardmore Recreation Centre.
The Cusher area meeting – taking in Tandragee, Markethill, Hamiltonsbawn and Richhill areas – will be held a week later, on Tuesday, February 7, in Rice’s Hotel at Church Street, Poyntzpass.
Both meetings will begin at 7.30pm and all are welcome to attend.
