The Air Ambulance was sent to the scene in Portadown after a man sustained serious injuries on the Northway.
It is understood the casualty fell from a bridge.
The PSNI put in place a road closure at Seagoe Bridge.
The Northway has since been reopened and the man taken to hospital.
The extent of his injuries are not known at this stage.
