Police have issued an urgent appeal to help locate a teenager who went missing earlier today.
Michael McCartney, a 14-year-old who was last seen in the Brownstown area of Portadown today at 3pm.
A police spokesperson said: “We’re getting increasingly worried about him and need your help finding him.
“He is 5″9 tall, has dark hair, and is wearing a blue zip hoody, blue and grey tracksuit bottoms, and his glasses.
“If you see Michael, or know where he is, please phone us immediately on 101. The incident number is 796 of today, 10/10/17.
“Michael, if you’re reading this, you’re not in any trouble.
“Please go to your nearest police station, hospital, or anywhere else you feel safe and let us know.
“Please share this post, as he may have links in Belfast. Keep an eye out on busses and trains too, and call us with any information. Thank you.”
