A convicted sex offender has been charged with failing to supply details to police including where he was living.
Joseph Francis McCabe (42), with an address listed on a charge sheet as Edward Street in Portadown, is charged in relation to March 25 this year.
He is also charged with burglary of a house at Thomas Street in Portadown on March 29 this year when items taken included £300 cash and footwear.
Regarding April 2 this year, he is alleged to have been in possession of pregabalin.
Craigavon Magistrates’ Court, on Friday, was told the defendant is in prison.
The case was adjourned to May 22.
