Emergency services are currently dealing with a second collision in Portadown this evening (Monday).
Motorists have been advised that the Craigavon-bound lane of the Northway, coming off the Armagh Road, has been closed due to a road traffic collision.
Earlier this evening there was a multi-vehicle collision on the Mahon Road at the junction with the Markethill Road.
Fortunately, there were no serious injuries, however, extensive damage was caused to two vehicles, one of which ended up in a nearby field.
Meanwhile, motorists are advised to avoid the Northway for a period this evening.
There is no further information at this time.
