
St John the Baptist’s College in Portadown once again celebrates outstanding GCSE results proudly marking a significant milestone in its journey of success, growth, and recognition.
Principal Mrs N Murray shared her reflections on this remarkable year: “We are absolutely delighted with our students’ GCSE results. These outcomes are a testament to their hard work, resilience, and the incredible support from our staff and families.
“We also would like to acknowledge many of our feeder primary schools who played a pivotal role in the early development of our pupils, and they too should take credit for today’s successful outcomes.”
100% of pupils achieved a minimum of 6 A*-C; 99% of pupils achieved minimum of 7 A*-C; 96.5% of pupils achieved a minimum of 8 A*-C; 84% of pupils achieved a minimum of 9 A*-C·
Some pupils achieved as many as 13 GCSE level qualifications.
