A man is to appear in court on Thursday charged with four counts of rape in the Portadown area more than 20 years ago.
Detectives from Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Rape Crime Unit have charged the 55-year-old man on four counts of rape.
He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, January 14.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
The charges are connection with offences committed in the 1990’s in the Portadown area, police confirmed.
