Gallagher is charged with burglary of a dwelling, attempted burglary with intent to steal and taking of a motor vehicle without authority.
It is alleged that the offences took place in Portadown between October 22 and October 23 of 2020.
Prosecution submitted that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence counsel made no contrary submissions.
District Judge Bernie Kelly, satisfied there was a prima facie case to answer, committed Gallagher into custody to appear at Craigavon Crown Court for arraignment on October 15.
