Man accused of committing four burglaries in Portadown in one day will face Crown Court proceedings later this month.
The 28-year-old is alleged to have made off with an Audi A3, an iPhone 7 and two bikes to the value of £950.
Ryan Robert Anderson, 28, of Cliftonpark Court in Belfast, appeared charged with two counts of burglary of a dwelling, two counts of burglary of a dwelling, attempted burglary with intent to steal and theft of a vehicle at Craigavon Magistrates’ on Wednesday.
Stood in the dock, the defendant made no objection to the holding of a preliminary enquiry.
It was heard that the offences were alleged to have occurred on January 8 of this year.
Anderson is accused of being involved in the burglary of four properties making off with an Audi A3, an iPhone 7 and two bikes to the value of £950.
Prosecution submitted that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Defence barrister Aaron Thompson made no contrary submissions.
Anderson was released on bail to appear before Craigavon Crown Court on October 17 for arraignment.
