A Portadown man is accused of robbing a taxi firm employee of a mobile phone.
Lorne Ashley Mulholland (35), of Ballyoran Manor, is charged in relation to June 29 this year.
The case, at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court, was adjourned to November 14 for a preliminary enquiry – the legal step to send the case to the Crown Court.
As part of bail he is not to contact the alleged victim or contact or use fonaCAB.
