The Moy Road in Portadown is currently closed as police return to the scene of a fatal crash which claimed the life of a teenager last year.
Officers from the PSNI’s Collision Investigation Unit are currently carrying out tests on the road following the collision which claimed the life of Glen Montgomery – who was from the Richmount Road area of the town – on Sunday, April 16, 2023.
Testing at the scene will be carried out by officers this evening (February 20) and the road is expected to be closed between 7pm and 11pm, with diversions in place at the Corcullentragh Road junction with the Moy Road and the roundabout at Moy Road and the Corcrain Road.
Police have thanked the public for your patience as this work is carried out.
It’s the second time police have carried out investigations into this collision which happened at around 4.20am.
Mr Montgomery had been a pedestrian who was struck by a silver Skoda Superb car.
