Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a teenage boy in Portadown.
The 16-year-old was discovered in the Brownstown Road area of the town.
Police have confirmed the death is being investigated.
Upper Bann DUP MLA Jonathan Buckley has expressed his shock at the news.
He said: “I am shocked and saddened to learn of the death of a young man from the Clounagh area of Portadown today. The cause of death is currently being investigated.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the young man’s family and friends at this time of great sadness.”
A police spokesperson said a postmortem examination will be carried out in due course.
