Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team, who launched a murder inquiry following the death of a man in Portadown on Thursday (March 26), have named the deceased as 49-year-old Rolandas Kvederis.
Detective Chief Inspector Bradley said: “Shortly after 11pm, we received a report of an altercation at a property in the Ranfurley Road area.
“Officers attended, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. Sadly, Mr Kvederis was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Two men aged in their 50s were arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody at this time.
“We are appealing to anyone who believes they may have information, or to anyone with CCTV, doorbell or other footage that could assist with our investigation to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 1809 26/03/26.”
