A Portadown man appeared in court on Monday accused of outraging public decency.
Appearing at Lisburn Magistrates Court via videolink from police custody, 22-year-old Lee Knox was accused of committing an act of a “lewd, obscene or disgusting nature” by exposing himself on June 27 this year.
Knox, from Cypress Gardens in Lurgan, was also accused of threatening a female that he would kill her and two counts of assaulting police officers on the same date.
None of the surrounding facts were opened in court but Constable Lewis said he believed he could connect Knox to the charges, adding that subject to the judge bail could be agreed.
Freeing Knox on his own bail of £500 and adjourning the case to July 24, District Judge Amanda Henderson imposed several bail conditions including prohibitions on alcohol, entering Lurgan and contacting his alleged victim.
