A man is charged with sexually assaulting a female on two occasions on June 22 this year.
The accused is Shane Morrison-Fleming, of Obre Avenue in Tartaraghan, near Portadown.
The charges are that the 31-year-old ‘intentionally touched (the female), the circumstances being that the touching was sexual, that she did not consent to the touching and you did not reasonably believe that (the female) so consented’.
The accused was at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The court heard the full file is not due to be with the Public Prosecution Service from police until September 8.
The case was adjourned to September 12.
The accused was given £300 bail with conditions not to enter a geographical area and he is not to contact the alleged victim.
