A 48-year-old Portadown man charged with sexual assault has had his case adjourned to May 23.
With an address listed on his charge sheet as Ranfurley Road, Rolandas Kvederis, is alleged to have committed an offence on March 22 this year.
Also on that day he is charged with burglary of a property in Portadown when a mobile phone and cigarettes were allegedly stolen.
He has been bailed to Thomas Street and is excluded from a part of the town. In addition, he is not to be intoxicated in public.
