Rail services between Portadown and Lisburn have been affected after a person was hit by a train earlier today (Saturday).
Translink confirmed the closure of the line a short time ago due to the tragic incident.
A spokesperson said: “Train services running through these stations will be suspended. Disruption is expected until further notice.”
Customers are advised that a bus substitution is running between Lisburn and Portadown.
Meanwhile, there is an ongoing incident in Moira.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Drumbane Road, Moira is closed between the junction with Colane Road and the junction with Station Road due to an ongoing incident. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative main routes for their journey.”
