A man wanted to stand trial in connection with an alleged rape in Co Armagh has been extradited to Northern Ireland.
Following extensive cooperation between the PSNI, Romanian and French authorities, the 26-year-old has been extradited from Lyon in France.
This was carried out by virtue of a European Arrest Warrant.
He is sought for trial in Northern Ireland following an offence of rape in the Portadown area in 2014.
The Romanian national is expected to appear before Laganside Magistrates Court today, Friday, May 12.
